Steph Wharton (she/her/ella) is a Speaker, Coach, and Founder of the Speaker Movement—a Speaker Directory + Community that uplifts BIPOC, Latinx, and Queer leaders to diversify stages around the world. Through the directory and mastermind, Steph helps underrepresented folks confidently step into their speaker era to grow their brand and amplify their impact. Her work centers around community, sustainable visibility, and a life-first business model. When she’s not championing her comunidad, you’ll find her embracing the small moments in life with a big glass of vino tinto, dancing bachata, and making new memories with her wife and baby boy.
