Here’s How It Works
Pitch Fiesta is a free, high-energy live event where YOU get the mic. Say it once to a room full of people who actually want what you’re offering, and let the right connections come to you.
No middleman, no awkward follow-ups.
You get 2 minutes. We’re keeping it to 15 pitches so every single one gets the attention it deserves.
Can’t make it live? Submit a pre-recorded 2-minute video instead. Anything over 2 minutes gets cut at 120 seconds, so keep it tight.
Who Should Sign Up?
- Podcasters looking for guests: Pitch your show to a room full of people who are actively looking for platforms.
- Guests looking for shows: Share your expertise once and let the right hosts come to you.
- Service providers: Editors, producers, and other podcast pros. Pitch your services to a room full of podcasters who might need exactly what you offer.
- Anyone with an opportunity to share: A workshop, a collab, a project. If you need the right people in the room, this is your stage.
This event is open to LIP members only. Applications are reviewed before spots are confirmed, and priority goes to members who didn’t get to pitch at our January Pitch Fiesta.
Where Do You Sign Up?
First, decide: do you want to pitch, or just watch?
- Register for the event. (link coming soon!)
- During registration, indicate whether you want to pitch or watch. If you’re just watching, you’re done!
- If you want to pitch, check your email after registering. You’ll receive a separate email (separate from your Zoom confirmation) with a link to submit your pitch application. Complete it before spots fill up! Only 15 spots available.
Once your application is accepted, you’ll choose between pitching live on May 27 or submitting a pre-recorded video. Video submissions are due by Friday, May 22. No late submissions will be accepted.
What’s a pitch?
You’ve got 2 minutes. Here’s how to use them:
- Your name (Hi, my name is…)
- How to reach you (email, DM on socials, website address, etc)
- What you’re pitching (to have guests on your show, to get clients for your services, to be a guest on shows, etc)
- Wrap it up with with your name and contact info again.
Keep it TIGHT. After 2 minutes you will be cut off, whether live or on video.
So, show up. Pitch with confidence. Walk away with real opportunities.
