How it works
Using the Pomodoro method, we follow a 25/5 minute schedule. It looks like this:
Co-work for 25 mins, then take a short 5 min break before diving in again, and repeat until we have 15-20 mins at the end to chit chat, like this:
First Hour
00:00 – 00:15: everyone drops in
00:15 – 00:40: first working sprint
00:40 – 00:45: first 5 minute chat break
00:45 – 01:10: second working sprint
Second Hour
00:45 – 01:10: second working sprint (cont’d from previous hour)
01:10 – 01:15: second 5 minute chat break
01:15 – 01:40: final working sprint
01:40 – 02:00: chit chat till end
Starting time by time zone:
Pacific – 9 am
Mountain – 10 am
Central – 11 am
Eastern – 12 pm
