The Gay Podcast for Everyone and
Thank You for Joining Me

Through Latinas in Podcasting, Angela has found a strong podcasting community that gives Latina podcasters a space to connect and learn from one another. It’s a community that has created a meaningful way to collaborate in a craft that’s often done independently. As a board member, Angela is dedicated to supporting the mission of Latinas in Podcasting – creating space for both new and experienced podcasters to develop their craft, share their stories, and amplify their voices.

Angela Briones is the creator and host of The Gay Podcast for Everyone and Thank You for Joining Me: Inside Indie Podcasting. She is also a contributing writer to Women Who Podcast magazine and a proud LGBTQ+ storyteller and advocate. She was honored to share her presentation Your Mindset is More Important than Your Mic at the inaugural Latinas in Podcasting Summit and is passionate about encouraging fellow podcasters to share their stories.

The American Dream in the Eyes of Immigrants

LIP’s mission is aligned with mine, helping Latinas start and grow their podcasts. I believe that being part of the BOA for LIP is the best way to use my knowledge and experiences to help others who are where I was a few years ago. I’m all about helping others and sharing my knowledge. And we need more women in the podcasting space, especially Latinas!

Heidy De La Cruz is a podcaster, podcast producer, and writer. She hosts the weekly personal development newsletter, Into My Thoughts, on Substack. She shares life experiences with life lessons, book reviews, and opinion pieces. Heidy is the host of the award-winning podcast The American Dream in The Eyes of Immigrants, where immigrants share their journey of coming to the United States. She also helps women entrepreneurs and busy moms who wish to start their podcasts with her digital products and 6-week course. In her free time, Heidy enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and making memories with her family.

Heal & Manifest with Cynthia Flores

I joined the LIP BOA because I’m passionate about bringing a culturally rooted, trauma-informed lens to the podcasting space. My vision for the LIP Virtual Summit is to uplift Latinas and WOC by creating spaces that feel safe, empowering, and radically authentic, where our voices aren’t just heard but celebrated.

Cynthia Flores is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Speaker, Content Creator, and Host of the Heal & Manifest Podcast. She offers culturally-affirming, trauma-informed, and holistic therapy, empowering talks, and transformative workshops for First Gen Latinas and women of color. Her work focuses on healing trauma, building self-worth, breaking generational cycles, and creating healthy relationships—helping her community thrive with confidence and live with purpose.

Rekindle Your Light

I joined the Latinas In Podcasting board because my soul’s mission is empowering creators and igniting transformational impact through every medium I touch. As the host of “Rekindle Your Light,” I’ve witnessed the profound magic that happens when our authentic voices reach the world through podcasting.

This role represents a sacred opportunity to expand Latina representation and reclaim our rightful space in media. When doors aren’t opened for us, we don’t wait—we become the architects of our own opportunities. Through this board position, I’m committed to building bridges that uplift, celebrate, and amplify every Latina podcaster’s unique gifts.

Together, we’re not just changing podcasting—we’re rewriting the narrative and ensuring our powerful stories illuminate the path for generations to come.

A passionate coach who creates “The Bridge” between science-backed techniques and spiritual wisdom, helping multipassionate creators manifest their dreams. Her expertise as an Emotion Code Practitioner, Human Design & Soul Purpose Reader, Manifestation Coach, and Sound Healer guides those feeling stuck in pursuing their creative aspirations.

Creator and host of the top 2% ranked podcast Rekindle Your Light (Listen Notes), she shares accessible manifestation tools with diverse audiences as a bilingual coach (native Spanish speaker).

An accomplished voice over actor and performer, she draws from her entertainment industry experience to authentically help others connect to their art while overcoming creative blocks.

Atabey & Co and
WOC Podcasters group

I joined the Board of Advisors for Latinas In Podcasting because representation matters—behind the mic and behind the scenes. After speaking at the inaugural conference, I saw firsthand the powerful impact of creating intentional spaces for Latinas in this industry. I’m honored to help shape the future of this platform and support the growth of Latina podcast creators through mentorship, strategy, and storytelling.

Sasha Willis is the co-founder of Atabey & Co. and the WOC Podcasters Community, a media company and podcasting network amplifying the voices of Black and Brown women. A proud Puerto Rican creative, Sasha blends her background in business strategy, podcast production, and community building to help mission-driven women launch and grow impactful podcasts. With nearly two decades of leadership experience and a passion for storytelling, she champions diversity, equity, and authentic representation in media. Sasha also writes The Podcaster’s Digest, a Substack publication covering trends, tools, and tips for podcasters at every stage.

La Vida Más Chévere de Childfree Latinas and
Founder, Latinas In Podcasting

After founding Latinas In Podcasting and creating the inaugural Virtual Summit in 2024, it’s been wonderful to see the community that continues to grow around it.

I also knew this summit couldn’t grow on solo energy alone. The first year was powerful, but the next phase requires collective strategy, shared accountability, and more hands on deck. I invited each of these women with powerful voices to the Board because I trust their insight and their follow-through. This board exists to help shape a better, more sustainable experience for everyone from attendees to speakers, and for ourselves as creators and leaders in this space.

Paulette Erato is the powerhouse founder of Latinas in Podcasting and the unapologetic voice of La Vida Más Chévere de Childfree Latinas. A former award-winning event planner turned podcasting advocate, she’s on a mission to help Latinas take up space behind the mic and in the media.

Through the annual LIP Virtual Summit, Paulette creates dynamic, inclusive spaces for new podcasters to learn, connect, and launch with confidence. Her podcast challenges toxic cultural norms and redefines what fulfillment looks like for women on their own terms. Paulette doesn’t just talk about change, she builds the stages for it.
